The Bogus Brothers used to advertise on another level as they do now.
Nowadays there are more multimedia they can use, like the internet. This
advertisement was printed in a free paper called "Your K Music"
in December 1988. Yes, it is true The Bogus Brothers existed at that
time. Only the Band members changed a bit through the years.
The Bogus Brothers also had to sleep in the bus when they started
playing all those years ago, when they drove from concert to concert. They still do, but hopefully not in the
same sleeping bags. Meanwhile they changed busses, but the space is
still very small for five men. The one who is driving has the most space
but he has to stay awake while the other guys are sleeping.......snoring.
The Bogus brothers started small. You can see this on the picture above.
They just drove to a town square and get the instruments out of the bus
and start playing and hope, that the people who pass by, like what they
see and hear. This was the only way to promote the band. But as you can
see they loved playing then, like they still do now.
Who might this be?.....Have a close look and you will see who it is! Yes
you are right it is the one and only Nigel. He used to have this
ponytail but he found his way to the hairdresser. Let us hope it will
stay of.
The Bogus
Brothers now:
 Tony
Williams aka Rudi:
Trompet, Keyboard
vocals and sometimes he even plays the drums. He might be small but full
of energy.
 Nigel
Nicholson aka Nico:
Trombone, guitar, keyboard en vocals. He is the one who tells the
guys where to go and hopefully he will get them there on time.
 Patrick
McGarry aka Maka: Singer and
entertainer. He is the one who lets many hearts beat faster.
 Tim Loudon aka
Posh: Basguitar and
vocals. He is the youngest of the band.
 Paul
Munday aka Archie:
He has been
a new member of the band since October 2007. He plays the drums.
